Welcome to SparkCX
We believe the future of customer experience is using AI to enhance human-to-human interactions.
Born from a Passion to Help During Crisis
The story of SparkCX begins not in a boardroom, but in the crucible of a global challenge. In March 2020, as the world shut down, the founders at SparkCX witnessed the struggles of government agencies. Traditional systems left them ill-equipped to serve the community. Furloughed workers needed unemployment benefits, teachers needed to connect with virtual students, and essential services hung in the balance.
That's when the SparkCX team, alongside dedicated Amazon Connect partners, stepped in. Over the next year and a half, they tirelessly built virtual contact centers in the cloud. These digital lifelines ensured that people received the help they needed, even when in-person services were unavailable.
"Unfortunately, as communities emerged from the pandemic, these customers lost access to the Amazon Connect innovations. They didn't have the staff or skills to fully adopt this modern technology, so many customers were forced back onto old, aging, and inflexible platforms."
This experience ignited a passion within the SparkCX founders. They saw the transformative power of technology to connect people and bridge divides, especially during challenging times. Fast forward to 2024, and SparkCX was born.
Driving Change Through Connection
Founded in 2024, SparkCX continues to bridge divides by providing modern technology and expertise to organizations that need it most, ensuring transformative results across every interaction.
