What to Expect

Before we start the proof of concept, we determine the desired call cadence and reports. We work around your schedule. 

  • Free 4 week POC to run 100-120k minutes of recorded calls
  • Two non-invasive ways to ingest recorded calls
    • 2 weeks to build and test connector OR
    • Upload .wav files from contact center to secure S3 bucket
  • 4 weeks ingesting calls and reporting. We review the results with you regularly
